BalanceBPO Expands Leadership Team; Greg Gotham Joins Company as Senior Director of Product Delivery

BalanceBPO announced today that Greg Gotham has joined the firm to
deliver RESOLVHOD Software to customers and to assist the company
further with innovating its products and enhancing delivery
capabilities. He will be based in Austin, TX.
Gotham most recently was the Director of Change Management initiatives
for the US Federal Government for Dell (News - Alert), Inc. Greg spent significant time
opening and managing contact centers for Dell in the Philippines,
Panama, El Salvador, Argentina, India and the US. Other leadership
positions at Dell included Director, Customer Experience Operations and
Global PMO of Business Intelligence and Excellence. He was also at the
forefront of re-engineering Dell's 27 year old supply chain to deliver
products quicker and more competitively to the consumer.
