Catch Software partners with Rally to enhance Agile development platform

Sep 20, 2013 (MarketLine via COMTEX) -- Catch Software, a provider of test management software, has partnered with Rally Software to enhance Rally's Agile development platform with the addition of Enterprise Tester.

A strategic focus on quality integrated solutions has led to the global success of Catch Software's test management software, Enterprise Tester; used by companies including PayPal, Intel, and the US Federal Government. The addition of Rally Software as an integration partner is a significant move for Catch. It continues to build on their key principles of partnering with like-minded organizations and championing open architecture and Agile development. This partnership will open up a number of new markets for both organizations, supporting their continued growth.

Founder/CEO of Catch Software, Bryce Day, says, "We are excited to be partnering with Rally Software as it allows us to further enhance the offering to our enterprise customers. Open architecture has been key to the establishment of a partnership, through which Rally customers will benefit from being able to integrate more fully with Enterprise Tester and access additional functionality such as automated testing. We look forward to working with the Rally team and demonstrating to our customers how together, the combined product suite will help them improve their productivity." Keith Boswell, Business Development - Technology Integrations of Rally echoes this sentiment. "A customer-driven integration, the Rally and Catch Software partnership and integration clearly create additional value for our joint customers." http://www.datamonitor.com Republication or redistribution, including by framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.
