RingByName Launches Spanish and Portuguese Versions of Hosted PBX for Business
Sep 03, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
RingByName, a cloud based telephone company, announced the immediate availability of the company's hosted business phone service in Spanish and Portuguese.
According to a release, the company's new offering is powered by a multi-lingual text-to-speech engine that allows businesses to customize phone greetings, voice prompts, menus, and system notifications in Spanish, Portuguese or English. RingByName's user interface, phone system administration, and e-mail alerts are also now available in three languages. Each RingByName user can select their own language preference, which means English, Spanish and Portuguese users can operate together within a single company's phone system.
"We couldn't be more excited to extend RingByName's powerful feature-set and affordable price-tag to businesses in Latin America," said Kooi Lim, CEO of RingByName. "We remain laser-focused on building RingByName into the world's most powerful and reliable cloud based phone system for businesses. We're also a global company with half our workforce residing in Latin America. For us, the decision to add Spanish and Portuguese language support was an easy one."
RingByName's proprietary cloud-based phone service enables thousands of businesses to sound more professional and strengthen their relationships with callers. The system greets callers by name and comes with built-in contact management and note taking features. RingByName offers businesses unlimited calling, customizable phone menus, smart call forwarding, voicemail to e-mail and much more.
RingByName noted that it is fully cloud based, so no hardware investment is required. Companies can add lines or make other changes to their system in real-time from any web enabled device.
RingByName provides local phone numbers throughout North and South America, and provides toll free numbers in Brazil as well as the US and Canada.
