ANPI announced its hosted unified communications (UC) solution, ANPI VIP, will be ready for general availability starting September 16.
According to a release, ANPI VIP incorporates mobile access, content sharing and conferencing with system features such as advanced call routing, call recording, fax, video, chat and web meetings.
ANPI VIP enters the market with an eCommerce engine that disrupts legacy purchasing and provisioning processes. ANPI designed a 3-step ordering process effectively simplifying a complicated sales process while delivering features and scalability. ANPI VIP also simplifies the administration and monitoring needs for customers through the use of its designed widget-based Customer Portal allowing users to control every aspect of their system and user experience, the Company said.
"Our solution was carefully crafted to provide a truly integrated and comprehensive service suite in a fashion that significantly enhances the productivity of a business's employees, while delivering economic advantages over traditional solutions," said ANPI CEO, Dave Lewis. "ANPI VIP is the result of significant investments we've made in deploying industry leading technologies integrated into a unified whole by some of the most innovative minds in the business. When married to our existing nationwide network that carries literally billions of minutes per year spanning millions of users, we believe we have assembled a unique platform that is well staged to serve the needs of business customers both today and in the future."
Ram Narayanaswamy, ANPI CIO/CTO, led multiple interdepartmental teams of user interface designers, software developers and network engineers to build ANPI VIP. ANPI VIP ambitiously combines all aspects of business communications technology into one solution to save customers time and effort historically associated with sourcing and managing disparate systems while also solving the administrative burden typically attendant to managing the system needs of today's power users.
"We purposefully designed all aspects of the system to be easy to customize and easy to use," explained Ram Narayanaswamy. "We paid careful attention to the user experience at every stage to ensure shopping, provisioning and post-sale support provided not just an acceptable experience but an exceptional one. Our design criteria required the team to take diverse and complex technologies across multiple topologies and render a unique, intuitively designed solution set that provides users tremendous power and capability in an elegantly simple to use framework. I'm delighted to say we've achieved that standard."
