VerticalResponse Integrates with Digioh
Aug 19, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
VerticalResponse, a provider of self-service email and social media marketing tools for small businesses and non-profits, announced its integration with software company Digioh.
The partnership allows the inclusion of secure, trackable files in email marketing campaigns and newsletters created within the VerticalResponse application.
According to a release, businesses can now add any type of file to their VerticalResponse emails, including audio, videos or documents. Previously, companies that wanted to email files needed to host the file on a separate server. With Digioh, the files are hosted in the cloud, which eliminates the need for a server and coding or technical expertise. Email recipients are simply given a Digioh link where they can download the file safely and securely in seconds.
"We all know content is king these days," said Janine Popick, CEO of VerticalResponse. "Downloadable content like guides, white papers, how-to videos, recorded webinars and more are extremely valuable tools for customer nurturing and acquisition. Our integration with Digioh makes it easier than ever for small businesses to use content to capture new leads and customers, and sync it all up with their VerticalResponse email marketing account."
"Partnering with VerticalResponse is a game changer for our company," said Rishi Shah, CEO of Digioh. "It opens the door for us to work with professional marketers who want to send digital files and grow their email list. VerticalResponse has a strong technology platform that allowed us to quickly build a secure, reliable app on top of their platform. Their entire team is committed to ease of use for the end customer and this helped us improve the customer experience dramatically."
This partnership provides new opportunities for VerticalResponse customers to market to their subscribers. Users can target downloadable content to specific email lists housed in their VerticalResponse accounts, or even designate access to selected lists or limit the number of downloads.
Once delivered, Digioh said the platform monitors who downloaded the file, as well as when and how many times it was downloaded. With this data, companies can assess the level of interest and engagement in their content, and create follow-up email campaigns based on subscribers' actions.
