Suddenlink upgrades Internet service in Chickasha

CHICKASHA, Aug 01, 2013 (The Express-Star - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Suddenlink announced today it has begun offering its new high-speed Internet 50 service in Chickasha, featuring a download speed up to 50 Megabits per second (Mbps), which the company claims is the fastest residential Internet service in the community.

"High-Speed Internet 50 is enabled by Suddenlink's deployment of industry leading technology called DOCSIS 3.0. Suddenlink believes it is the only Internet service provider using this technology in its local service area. The new Internet service will add another choice to Suddenlink's three existing services -- Suddenlink High-Speed Internet 3.0, 15.0 and 30.0," a press release stated.

The release said all Suddenlink High-Speed Internet services include up to 10 email addresses, access to email via WebMail, personal WebSpace and Spam Blocker, and all Internet customers receive ESPN3 at no extra charge.

Suddenlink's internet can be connected to all wireless devices.

Technical support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
