Southwest Ohio businesses can learn about machine-to-machine technology on Thursday at a free interactive seminar hosted by Verizon Wireless in Mason.
Machine to machine (M2M) technologies allow both wireless and wired systems to communicate with other devices that have the same capability. Recent advances in wireless technology are revolutionizing how businesses and consumers approach M2M, a Verizon Wireless spokeswoman said.
Industry experts will discuss and demonstrate the latest in M2M technology at the Verizon Wireless Connected Technology Tour from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast, 9664 S. Mason Montgomery Road in Mason.
The event is intended for small and medium business owners, educators and information technology professionals. To register, visit ctt.vzwtechnologies.com/event/cincinnati-oh.
