Hampton Business Center Contracts Telonline for a Solution That Includes Switchvox Smb AA305, Digium's D50 and D70 Series and a Call Accounting System

Hampton Business Center needed a unified communications solution that they could easily manage, control and offer to their tenants. The solution provided by TelOnline includes: Switchvox SMB AA305, Digium's D50 and D70 Series and a call accounting system.

Hampton Business Center provides telephony service to their tenants. This solution integrated Switchvox SMB AA305 with an OfficeWatch call accounting system from Metropolis that would allow them to track and bill back tenants' international and domestic phone calls.

Switchvox SMB AA305 is based on Asterisk, the world's most widely adopted open source communications software. Switchvox can offer a feature set that rivals those of the most expensive unified communications solutions, but at a price that small business can afford. An average cost savings of 60 to 80 percent over comparable voice over IP (VoIP) business phone systems. It is an economical, high performance, full featured IP PBX. Switchvox SMB AA305 supports up to 45 concurrent calls and up to 150 users. It also supports up to 10 call recordings and up to 15 simultaneous conference calls participants. SMB AA305 has real time Switchboard application for every user. It can be managed through web interface and through smart phones like Blackberry, iPhone & Android. It also included a custom panel for screen pop up, when calls come in the receptionist at Hampton Business Center sees who is calling and where the call needs to be transferred to.

Hampton Business Centers also need IP phones for their tenants and managers. They needed a phone that was simple to configure and could be easy to interchange between different offices without doing any wire changes to them. TelOnline provided them with Digium's D50 and D70 series.

D50: A mid-level High Definition Voice IP SIP phone with 4-lines, 3.5 in. main backlit display, 5 customizable features keys, 10 keys for speed dialing with labels, power over the Ethernet, full duplex speaker phone and advanced phone applications to integrate with IP PBX.

D70: An executive-level High Definition Voice IP SIP phone with 6-lines, 4.5 in. main backlit display, 10 customizable features keys, store up to 100 numbers for speed dialing on an additional LCD screen, power over the Ethernet, full duplex speaker phone and advanced phone applications to integrate with IP PBX.
