Mar 22, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) --
Watchful Software, a provider of data-centric information security solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Trianz, a management consulting and information technology firm, to expand their data management solutions.
RightsWATCH, with its automated watermarking and fingerprinting features, allows classification and encryption of information, to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive and confidential corporate information. Trianz will resell the software; provide installation, implementation, and support services to the clients with its team of Watchful Software certified professionals, said Watchful Software.
Ira Horowitz, vice president of global alliances, said: "It is exciting to partner with Watchful Software especially in current times, when information security is of utmost importance due to the threats associated with online data management and transfer. RightsWATCH rightly complements our existing portfolio and I am confident that it will give us a competitive edge in the market."
Charles Foley, chairman and CEO of Watchful Software, added: "Driven by specific customer requests, RightsWATCH was designed to protect an organization's top asset after its people - its information. It secures information in a way that is easily deployed, seamless for users, and works regardless of where the information resides in the world. Trianz is a renowned name in the IT and data management space and we believe the partnership will deliver immense business value to our clients."
