Macrobatix Introduces New Customer Service Programs for Business Users

launched two new services and support programs to its business clients
at Town Center Mall in Cobb. The two programs, Partner Pro and Partner
Plus, are designed for organizations and home users that rely on Apple
technology for business operations.
For clients who do not have Apple's Limited Warranty plan or are not
covered by the AppleCare Protection Plan, the Partner Plus program
allows businesses and home users the opportunity to take advantage of
discounts for repair labor, non-Apple accessories and two 15-minute
technical support phone sessions with a Macrobatix team member every
month. The Partner Plus program is effective for one year with the
option to renew annually.
The Partner Pro membership is designed for pple users whose business
cannot function without their technology. Should an issue occur with an
Apple product, the program offers a loaner device, if the repair will
take more than 24 hours to assure the client that business can continue
as usual while the defective device is being serviced.
In addition to AppleCare protection, Partner Pro offers discounted
rates, four 15-minute technical phone sessions with a Macrobatix team
member per month, data transfer on Mac loaner and priority in the
service queue. The Partner Pro membership runs concurrently with the
AppleCare Protection Plan and is effective for three years on Macs from
the date of the original purchase of the CPU. Both programs are also
available at the Johns Creek location.
