For the Second Straight Year, Agencyport Achieves Gold Ratings in Novarica's Average Customer Experience (ACE) Rankings

insurance and reinsurance industries, recently earned Gold-level
Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Rankings for both its AgencyPortal™
software solutions, for the second year in a row. Agencyport is the only
provider to achieve Gold-level rankings in the Agent Portal &
Connectivity Solutions category.
The rankings, conducted by insurance technology analyst firm Novarica,
recognize solution providers whose technology delivers exemplary value
to their customers. They are based on surveys of senior technology and
operational executives at insurer, reinsurer and financial institution
clients who have direct experience with the vendor product and
organization. Novarica ACE Rankings are produced independently and not
sponsored by vendors. They provide a completely transparent, unedited
and unbiased perspective of how well a solution or provider meets its
customers' needs. To measure customer experience, senior technology and
oerational executives who have direct experience with Agencyport's
products and organization completed the survey.
Both Agencyport solutions, AgencyPortal™ and AgencyConnect™, were ranked
high in the areas of Staff, Organization, Function and Technology,
receiving overall scores of 97 and 96 on a 100 point scale,
respectively. Additionally, AgencyPortal™ received 99 out of 100, and
AgencyConnect™ received 98 out of 100 in the category of Overall
Customer Satisfaction. Novarica's Gold Ranking status is achieved when
ten customers review a specific solution.
