MoSys to Participate at the Piper Jaffray TMT Conference on March 12
SANTA CLARA, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
MoSys (News - Alert), Inc., (NASDAQ: MOSY), a leader in semiconductor solutions that
enable fast, intelligent data access for network and communications
systems, today announced that Len Perham, Chief Executive Officer, and
Jim Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer, will be available to meet with
investors at the Piper Jaffray Technology, Media and Telecommunications
Conference to be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the Le Parker
Meridien Hotel in New York, NY. Len Perham will also participate as a
speaker on the Semiconductor Opportunities in Communication
Infrastructure Panel to be held at 12:30 p.m. that day.

The Company also announced, in accordance with NASDAQ Listing Rule
5635(c)(4), as inducements material to enteringinto employment, the
Company has authorized stock option grants to four new employees. The
inducement grants consist of stock options to purchase up to 151,000
shares of common stock, and the options will vest over four years and
expire in six years, assuming continued service.
