Choice Logistics VP Wins Supply Chain Award
NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--
Choice
Logistics, Inc., the leading provider of critical
service parts logistics, announced that Chuck Robinson, Vice President
of Account Services, was named a "Pro to Know" today by Supply &
Demand Chain Executive magazine. Robinson was nominated for leading
initiatives that nurture new clients, balance service levels against
costs, and build customer loyalty.
"I encourage my team and our clients to think of the service
supply chain as a primary driver of profitable revenue and brand
loyalty," said Chuck Robinson. "Just as an extended warranty can be more
profitable than the product it covers, premium services boost both the
top and bottom lines of technology companies that serve customers with
high-availability requirements."
Chuck witnessed the supply chain's significant contribution to
brand image, customer loyalty and profitability when serving as a
critical liaison between senior retail executives and distribution
partners at Starbucks Coffee Company, where a consistent worldwide brand
experience merits a premium from consumers. At Choice Logistics, he
keeps his account
teams focused on the end use of the technology being
supported, whether an ATM available 24/7 for self-service banking or a
radiation delivery system treating cancer patients on a stringent
schedule.
About Chuck Robinson
Chuck Robinson has more than sixteen years' experience in
logistics and distribution, living abroad for nearly a decade to direct

chain functions between Ericsson and Emerson (News - Alert) across Eastern and Western
Europe.
Chuck joined Choice Logistics in 2007 as Vice President,
International Operations, and began to build the company's global
trade organization with solutions for importer/exporter
of record, standard trade and compliance, broker relations, and product
certifications. Named Vice President of Account Management in 2010,
Chuck redefined client support roles and expanded his team's focus to
continually align the service supply chain with clients' business
objectives.
