Accredited Standards Committee X9 Accepts comForte 21 GmbH as New Member

comForte 21 GmbH, a global provider of connectivity, middleware, and security solutions for the HP NonStop platform, announced that it joined the Accredited Standards Committee X9 (ASC X9) at the beginning of 2013.
According to a release, comForte 21 is a member of the X9F Data & Information Security sub-committee which deals with standardization to reduce financial data security risk and vulnerability.

One focus of our research is the Tokenization of credit card data which resulted in the development of our own Tokenization algorithm.'
The Accredited Standards Committee X9 (ASC X9) is an industry non-profit association made up of members from the financial services industry. ASC X9's mission is to develop and manage voluntary, consensus-based technical standards certified by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
