API Healthcare Leadership Team Expands To Keep Pace With Strong Growth
HARTFORD, Wis. --(Business Wire)--
In response to its record-breaking growth, API
Healthcare, the leader in healthcare-specific workforce management
technology, today announced the expanded role of its General Counsel
Hayden Creque to include that of vice president of human resources. In
this position, Creque will direct all aspects of the Company's legal
functions, while ensuring the recruitment, training and retention
programs achieve talent maximization supporting API Healthcare's rapid
growth trajectory.
"Over the last four years, API Healthcare has grown from 600 to 1,600
client facilities that it supports. Now, following a record year, the
Company is in a perfect position to seize this momentum as it gets ready
for the next big growth phase," said J.P.

Under Creque's direction, API Healthcare hired more than 43 associates
in sales and service functions during the fourth quartr of 2012. "API
Healthcare is dedicated to supporting its long term goals with a
significant investment in hiring and training the top talent in the
industry. We are projected to fill 100 positions in the next year," said
Creque.
Creque's career spans more than two decades, split almost evenly between
law and business management. Prior to joining API Healthcare, he
practiced independently in MN. He also served as vice president, general
counsel and corporate secretary for W3i Holdings, LLC in St. Cloud, MN
where he was the executive responsible for human resources. W3i is a
provider of desktops and mobile device application distribution
solutions. Creque also served as an attorney with the full-service law
firm of Lindquist & Vennum, PLLP of Minneapolis.
Creque is a former board member of Blandin Foundation and board member
emeritus of the YMCA of Central Minnesota. He is currently a member of
the Wisconsin State Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and
Association of Corporate Counsel. He has served as an adjunct faculty
member of Globe University - Minnesota School of Business where he
taught courses in Intellectual Property and Constitutional Law. Creque
is the 2011 recipient of Times Media Group, ROI Central Minnesota "5
under 40" Business Leader Award.
Creque holds a J.D., with a Certificate in International Law and
Business, Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a
Bachelor of Science in business, Magna Cum Laude from Edgewood College
in Madison, WI.
