Wilcom and Corel Launch New Elements 3 Product Suite

Jan 25, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Wilcom International and Corel Corp. announced the latest versions of Wilcom DecoStudio e3 and EmbroideryStudio e3 integrated with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 as part of the Elements 3 product range.

According to a release, the new modular product range provides a way for businesses to choose the tools they need and add as they grow. A revamped user interface provides easier ways to work for newcomers and experienced users alike. This release brings even smoother workflows between graphic and embroidery files as well as a host of creative and productivity features. With a focus on all types of apparel decoration, Wilcom Elements 3 also features new Virtual Decorations, simulating embroidery through digital printing.

Now Wilcom and Corel have gone a step further with significant enhancements to how graphic and stitch files interact including the ability to convert not only vector designs but also bitmaps to embroidery. In addition, new algorithms provide even greater stitch quality for more efficient production.
