Fitch Expects to Rate Nelnet Student Loan Trust 2013-1

Fitch Ratings expects to assign the following ratings to the Nelnet Student Loan Trust 2013-1, student loan asset-backed notes as follows:

--$428,000,000 class A notes 'AAAsf'; Outlook Negative;

--$9,500,000 class B notes 'A+sf'; Outlook Stable.
