ERF Wireless Inc. (OTCBB: ERFB) said that Tim Maxson will succeed Tom Wiedebush as chief operating officer .
Maxson will take over all of the company's day-to-day, high-level operational management responsibilities. He brings extensive senior management experience to ERF Wireless, having recently served as the president and general manager of a $56 million division of a major heavy equipment manufacturing company, where he developed a twelve-month operational business strategy that resulted in the company going from a negative cash flow to a profit for the first time in five years.
