SMK to Demonstrate Bluetooth® Smart TV Remote Controls Based on CSR �Energy® Platform at International CES 2013

Incorporating CSR's CSR1001™ and CSR8510™ A10 chip solutions (single- and dual-mode Bluetooth low energy solutions optimized for human interface devices), SMK's Bluetooth Smart-enabled remote controls incorporate advanced capabilities including pointing gesture recognition, low-latency voice command and device-to-remote "back channel" communications. Additionally, SMK's Smart-enabled remotes are up to six times more energy efficient than models using earlier Bluetooth technology.
