Ainol Electronic Tablet Product to Feature Actions Semiconductor's Owl Series ATM7029 Chipset

Actions Semiconductor, a fabless semiconductor companies that provides portable multimedia and mobile internet system-on-a-chip solutions, and Ainol Electronic Co., a brand consumer electronics company based in Shenzhen, China, announced the introduction of the Ainol Novo 10 Hero, a 10.1" Tablet product featuring the Owl Series ATM7029 chipset from Actions Semiconductor.
According to a release, Actions' ATM7029 chipset supports Android 4.1(Jelly Bean) operating system and will also support the upgrade to Android 4.2.It has ARM Cortex multi-core CPU, multi-core 3D GPU, full spec 1080p video encode/decode engine and USB2.0/3.0 PHY integration.
