Stratus Contact Solutions, a U.S.-based multichannel contact center, announced today that its experienced customer contact center will provide call center support for Telrite Corporation and Life Wireless. Life Wireless provides, in conjunction with Telrite, low-cost and subsidized cellular phone service to income-eligible customers through the Lifeline program.
