Mycroft Inc. Announces the Appointment of Founder Jonathan Freeman as President & CEO

Mycroft Inc., an IT security professional services firm with leading as-a-service solutions, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Freeman as President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the evolution and strategic growth of the company's next generation IT security innovations and services.

Freeman is the company founder and replaces Terry Jost, who will continue to serve as a member of Mycroft Inc.'s Board of Directors. Robert Smith (News - Alert), a partner at Petra Capital and Mycroft Inc. board member, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Freeman is a recognized visionary in the development and deployment of Security-as-a-Service, Identity-as-a-Service and Enterprise Private Cloud solutions in the Identity Management Security and Managed Service Provider markets.
