CONCORD, Calif. --(Business Wire)--

Cerus Corporation (NASDAQ:CERS) announced today that William "Obi" Greenman, president and chief executive officer, is scheduled to present a corporate update at the Piper Jaffray Healthcare Conference in New York at 9:00 AM ET on Wednesday, November 28, 2012.

A live webcast of the presentation will be available from the Investor Relations page of the Cerus web site at http://www.cerus.com/ir. A replay will be available for approximately two weeks folloing the completion of the event.
