Alaska Communications offers 4G LTE Wireless Network

Provider of high-speed wireless, mobile broadband, Internet, local, long-distance and advanced broadband solutions Alaska Communications (NASDAQ:ALSK) announced on Friday that it has introduced 4G LTE wireless service to customers throughout Alaska.
The 4G service from Alaska Communications is available in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, Homer, Kenai, Palmer, Seward, Soldotna, Wasilla and Whittier, providing speeds up to 10 times faster than current 3G wireless networks.
Alaska Communications will launch its 4G LTE network with three 4G LTE smartphones each with a two-year service agreement, the HTC OneX for USD199.99, Samsung Galaxy S III for USD199.99 and Samsung Galaxy Note for USD179.99 and the Bandrich 4G LTE mobile broadband router for USD99.99.
