AudioCodes Q3 net loss increases

AudioCodes, a provider of Voice over IP technologies, products and services, has reported net loss of $1.11 million, or $0.03 loss per diluted share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012, compared to net loss of $527,000, or $0.01 loss per diluted share, for the same quarter ended September 30, 2011.
Revenues for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 were $31.63 million, compared to $36.05 million for the same quarter ended September 30, 2011.
Net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 was $4.7 million, or $0.12 loss per diluted share, compared to net income of $6.49 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, for the same period ended September 30, 2011.
Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 were $94.68 million, compared to $118.6 million for the same period ended September 30, 2011.

We saw increased traction of our strategy to focus on the growing markets of unified communications, contact centers and business communications services, and experienced growing collaboration with our industry partners, which we believe will help us grow in coming years."
