Fitch Ratings withdraws its short-term 'F1+' ratings on the Colorado
Health Facilities Authority (CO) (Catholic Health Initiatives) revenue
bond series 2009B-1. The rating withdrawal is in connection with the
conversion of the bond to a fixed rate mode. The bond is rated 'AA-'
with a Stable Outlook as general revenues of Catholic Health Initiatives.
