When C Spire launches 4G LTE services in Tupelo and six other smaller communities in Lee and Prentiss counties, customers who visit or live nearby will have access to the nation's only personalized 4G LTE network, according to Robert Hudson, regional manager of Retail Services for C Spire Wireless.
