Cabot Oil & Gas Commences Free-Flow


HOUSTON, April 2, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (NYSE: COG) today announced that it is currently producing about 200 Mmcf per day of volumes behind the Lathrop Compression station, which experienced damage by a flash fire on Thursday, March 29th. Production recommenced Friday night temporarily by-passing the compression station and Cabot has been producing continuously at that rate. The 200 Mmcf per day represents the restoration of 55 percent of the volumes that were going through Lathrop before the fire.
