InDorse Technologies Call-Home 4.0 Tracks Intellectual Property With Enterprise File Protection, Reporting and Analytics

(Market Wire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/25/11 -- InDorse Technologies, the leading provider of file protection software, today announced the availability of InDorse Call-Homeā„¢ version 4.0.

InDorse Call-Home is an innovative file protection solution that tracks and provides file usage analytics in an easy-to-use, intelligent reporting system.

InDorse Call-Home provides tracking intelligence for documents, spreadsheets, presentations and PDFs, in a similar fashion to the way Google Analytics compiles traffic information for websites. InDorse Call-Home eliminates the need for gated-forms prompting individuals to relinquish name, email, phone, company and other information as document tracking is completely transparent to the end user.

InDorse Call-Home 4.0 includes the following key new features: Client-Side Tagging -- Registered Call-Home users can easily tag their files locally in a browser. For enterprise users, this update allows Web-enabled applications to automatically tag sensitive business files in the local IT environment, removing any risk or concerns for transporting sensitive files to a public cloud. Integration with Google Maps® -- Users can now easily view the real-time location of file usage for all their tagged files using Google Maps. New API Clients (for Java and .NET) -- For enterprise users and partners, the new API clients make it faster and easier for developers to create applications that connect to the Call-Home API without having to write the code themselves. Visible Watermarks for PDF Files -- Users can easily apply visible watermarks to PDF files, alerting users that the file may be "confidential," "sensitive," or other classification as required by their business needs. The visible watermark in conjunction with Call-Home tracking provides both active and passive tracking of sensitive files for the business. New Web 2.0-based User Interface -- A new user interface takes advantage of user-friendly Web 2.0 standards, making navigation, file tagging and report viewing faster, easier and more intuitive.

"The digital world of assets is changing rapidly and enterprises can no longer rely on the protection of traditional security products to maintain order," said Rob Marano, President & CEO, InDorse. "If the Age of WikiLeaks has taught organizations anything it is that there needs to be protection all the way to the individual file level. We will continue to provide an innovative and evolving product line in order to meet these new threats as they arise and protect intellectual property where it sits - on the Internet." About InDorse TechnologiesLocated in New York, NY, InDorse Technologies provides award-winning file protection software.
