NVIDIA Shareholder Meeting Set for May 19; Stockholders Can Participate Online(Market Wire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SANTA CLARA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/06/10 -- NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) will hold its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at its headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif., on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at 9 am Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The meeting will take place in Building E, located at 2800 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, Calif. Individuals wishing to attend the meeting virtually may do so by going to www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NVIDIA. Stockholders will need their 12-digit control number included in their notice or proxy card to access the meeting and may vote and submit questions while attending the meeting online.
