(Market Wire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/27/10 -- Sangoma® Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE: STC), a leading supplier of hardware and software enabling server-based voice and data communication applications, announced that it has entered into an OEM relationship with a major computer and networking equipment supplier. As part of the agreement, Sangoma will supply its NetBorder? Express Gateway for integration into the OEM's networking products, enabling seamless Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) connectivity to unified communication applications running in the enterprise.

The integrated product is expected to become generally available in the second half of 2010. The OEM contract is expected to generate several millions of dollars in revenue for Sangoma over the coming years.
