NICE-Systems to acquire eGlue Software (eglue Business Technologies)Mar 25, 2010 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- NICE-Systems, Ltd. is in talks to acquire eGlue Software, Ltd. (eglue Business Technologies), a developer of real-time customer analysis technology, for approximately $30 million-$40 million. Both the companies are based in Israel. NICE-Systems is a provider of insight from interactions solutions and value-added services. Earlier, eGlue Software raised $33 million in venture capital funding from Giza Venture Capital, Plenus Venture Lending, Evergreen Venture Partners and Cedar Fund.
