Roundbox acquires Jacked's technology and intellectual property

Roundbox, a provider of mobile broadcast software, has acquired Jacked's technology and intellectual property. Jacked is an innovator in real-time, broadcast-synchronized data services.
Roundbox said that Jacked's patent-pending technology will be integrated into its mobile broadcast suite to enable its broadcast and device customers to deliver enhanced TV viewing experiences.
Additionally, Bryan Biniak, founder and CEO of Jacked, has joined the Roundbox advisory board.
Dennis Specht, co-founder and CEO of Roundbox, said: "The acquisition of the Jacked product portfolio is key to Roundbox's strategy to expand our momentum in mobile broadcast. This acquisition will take Roundbox to the next level as the company develops new mobile broadcast offerings and drives the next generation of mobile entertainment and communication experiences."
