Roundbox acquires Jacked's technology and intellectual property

Mar 15, 2010 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Roundbox, a provider of mobile broadcast software, has acquired Jacked's technology and intellectual property. Jacked is an innovator in real-time, broadcast-synchronized data services.

Roundbox said that Jacked's patent-pending technology will be integrated into its mobile broadcast suite to enable its broadcast and device customers to deliver enhanced TV viewing experiences.

Additionally, Bryan Biniak, founder and CEO of Jacked, has joined the Roundbox advisory board.
