'Interoute Germany offers UMTS data back-up services'

Feb 23, 2010 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- European data network operator Interoute has announced the launch of two new services in Germany for line back-up and secure corporate network access. With immediate effect, Interoute Germany is now offering the UMTS Backup and Interoute UMTS VPN Access services, targeted at company employees who want high-speed and secure access to the corporate network, including secure data, within a corporate building without using DSL connections. The UMTS service uses the mobile network of T-Mobile Germany, with QSC acting as technology partner. Interoute UMTS Backup has been developed as additional data security for SDSL and existing lines, as well as an ADSL back-up service.
