LookSmart Announces Ted West to Resign as President and Chief Executive OfficerSAN FRANCISCO, Dec 14, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- The Board of Directors of LookSmart, Ltd. (Nasdaq:LOOK), an online search advertising network solutions company, announced today that Mr. West has stepped down from his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, as well as resigned his seat on the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Jean-Yves Dexmier, the company's Executive Chairman, is assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective today until a replacement is named.
