MobileAccess names president and CEO

Nov 24, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- MobileAccess, a provider of in-building wireless solutions, has appointed Ron Kaiser as president and CEO.

Mr Kaiser has served on the company's board since April 2008, was appointed chairman in September 2009 and will now assume responsibility for all aspects of MobileAccess's day-to-day operations.

Mr Kaiser has held senior executive positions with a number of technology companies, including OTG Software and Trusted Information Systems. He also led Trusted Information Systems, an internet security company, through its IPO and early growth phase, while it introduced the first commercially available firewall.

The company has also announced that Cathy Zatloukal, who served as CEO from March 2004 to November 2009, will now assume the role of technical advisor to the chairman of the board. In this role, she will leverage her 25 years of wireless industry expertise to advise MobileAccess in setting strategic direction and opening new markets.
