Verigy Announces VOICE 2010 Conference for Customers and Partners
CUPERTINO, Calif. --(Business Wire)--
Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today announced the location and dates for its VOICE 2010 Conference for customers and partners using the V93000 system-on-chip (SOC), V5000/V6000 memory and V101 low-cost IC test platforms. VOICE, which has attracted close to three hundred attendees in the past, will be held on April 13-15, 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel in Carlsbad, California.
The three-day conference will provide attendees with a wide selection of educational sessions, ranging from general product-focused tutorials and hands-on product showcases to discussions on device technologies, industry standards and future test requirements. Attendees will have an opportunity to preview the company's latest solutions for SOC, Flash and DRAM, high-speed memory, advanced probe cards, and yield improvement as well as network with industry leaders and peers from integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), fabless companies and test houses.

VOICE is managed by a steering committee consisting of industry test engineers and managers. This year's steering committee will include representation from DA-Integrated, EAG, IM Flash Technologies, LSI Corporation (News - Alert) and Qualcomm. The steering program committee is currently working on the topics and agenda for VOICE 2010, and a "Call for Ideas" will be extended to November 16, 2009. To honor the best contributions to the conference, the coveted VOICE 2010 Best Paper Award will be presented to the two best papers of the conference, as chosen by their peers.
