CRN Taps StorageCraft as a 2009 Emerging Technology Vendor

StorageCraft Technology, a provider of disaster recovery, system migration, data protection and security solutions for servers, desktops and laptops, announced it has been selected by Everything Channel as a 2009 CRN Emerging Technology vendor for its ShadowProtect line of disk-based backup, disaster recovery and system migration software.
StorageCraft ShadowProtect Server Edition, ShadowProtect Small Business Server Edition, ShadowProtect Desktop Edition and ShadowProtect IT Edition include hardware independent restore (HIR) features, allowing IT administrators to backup, restore or migrate server, desktop and laptop systems to any environment, whether physical or virtual.
"Being recognized as a CRN Emerging Technology Vendor for the second year in a row confirms that StorageCraft is a great fit for solution providers, allowing them to increase profits, downtime and provide simple and effective disaster recovery to their customers," said Curt James, VP of marketing and business development at StorageCraft.
The StorageCraft Reseller Partner Program offers training, NFR software and sales support. Partners receive a business development manager and technical account manager.
The vendors who make the CRN Emerging Technology Vendor list were founded in 2001 or later, have revenue under $1 billion and have an active U.S. channel strategy. Final selection to the Emerging Technology Vendor list was made by the CRN editorial team after a review of submitted information.
