Endeca Names Navigator Awards

Awarded annually, Endeca said that customers from around the world have received this recognition in honor of their high-ROI search applications that provide greater visibility into their business, drive traffic, monetize existing assets, and improve customer experience.

Unveiled at Discover 2009, Endeca's annual user conference, this year's winners span multiple industries and exemplify how enterprises are integrating search applications into their current infrastructures to drive hundreds of millions of dollars in cost savings and increased revenue. These search applications are used by thousands of employees to inform sales and business decisions including media and publishing experts to monetize existing assets and increase page views, and eCommerce professionals to drive billions of dollars in e-business revenue.

Winners include: CHIP Xonio Online GmbH, eBags.com, Expedia, ESPN.com, Scripps Networks, Newssift from FT Search, Sony Broadcast and Business Solutions Company, a division of Sony Electronics Inc., and United Stationers.
