Conceptronic presents 2 new DVB-T versions of the Grab'n'GO Media Giants.

The Media Giant Plus & the Media Giant Pro combine a full featured network HD media player with a personal video recorder.

These devices with touch buttons on the front have a unique design which will fit perfectly into your living room. The looks aren't the only thing that strikes you about these 2 Media Giants, also the inside impresses with a lot of functionalities.

You can record all your favourite TV shows and movies thanks to the built-in digital TV tuner (DVB-T)*. You can also record directly from your DVD player, camcorder or set-top-box (for digital cable or satellite) with the Composite AV input, Component video input or digital FireWire(tm) input.

Both devices are High Definition network media players which play all your digital movies, photos and music from the internal hard drive or over your network.

You can stream directly from your computer or from compatible storage devices like the Grab'n'GO NAS products. The Media Giantsare also DLNA 1.5 compliant media servers, thanks to the built-in Twonky Media server software (www.twonkyvision.com). You can stream all your content (even your recordings!) to other compatible network media players or computers.

The Media Giant Pro has an extra feature; it has an integrated 200 Mbps powerplug adapter. With the bundled 200 Mbps powerplug adapter you can easily create a highspeed network connection througha powersocket, without the need to draw any cables to your living room! Through DVB-T, you can use the EPG function (Electronic Programming Guide). With this function you can see what is on TV (digital TV guide) and easily start a recording (or program) of your selected broadcast or just watch.

All needed connections are being offered at both devices, for example the HDMI connection and Component YPbPr for optimal images in HD quality. Also HDMI, optical and coaxial SPDIF connectors are on board to connect a digital speaker set or home cinema system for full enjoyment of 5.1 surround sound. The USB host and mini USB connector are placed on the front to connect the device to the PC or to add an external HDD or memory stick.

The Media Giant Plus & the Media Giant Pro are available in 500GB and 1TB.
