Telesoft Technologies Acquires Think Engine Networks

Blandford, England, 17th March, 2008 - Telesoft Technologies (News - Alert) today announced it has acquired certain assets of Think Engine Networks (TEN) including the intellectual property rights to the renowned MCIAS announcement server and CX Network Exchange media server product lines.
