AdvanSource Biomaterials Corporation's CFO resigns and interim CFO appointedMar 05, 2009 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- AdvanSource Biomaterials Corporation (NYSE Alternext US: ASB), a developer of advanced polymer materials for medical devices, said yesterday (4 March) that with the resignation of the company's CFO, Eric Walters, David Volpe has been appointed as interim CFO. President and CEO Michael Adams acknowledged Walters contributions since October 2005 as a financial executive, including his role in leading the sale of two divisions and helping the company become an innovative biomaterials provider to the medical device industry.
