Intraware and Mentor Graphics renew contract

Intraware Inc (NASDAQ:ITRA), a provider of digital delivery and
management services, has announced that its contract with Mentor
Graphics Corporation, an electronic hardware and software design
solutions company, for the Intraware SubscribeNet electronic software
delivery and management platform.

The SubscribeNet service enables users to access flexible, real-time
electronic software delivery, which includes granular entitlement
management and extensive reporting capabilities.

Financial details of the contract were not reported.
