Analysts International Corporation Leads Partnership to Enhance Southern Nevada Counter Terrorism Center's Information Sharing and Analytics Capabilities

(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) MINNEAPOLIS, MN and LAS VEGAS, NV, July 23 / MARKET WIRE/ --

Analysts International
Corporation (AIC) (NASDAQ: ANLY), a leading systems integrator for State
and Local Government, and RiverGlass Incorporated, a provider of
intelligent web monitoring and analytics solutions, have joined together
with Microsoft Corporation to help deploy an information sharing and
analytics solution for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
(LVMPD).

"The LVMPD is continuously seeking to prevent, reduce and disrupt crime and
terrorism through the effective use of innovation and technology," said
Skip Fogus, General Manager, AIC's Government Solutions Division. "Together
with its partners, AIC will provide the Southern Nevada Counter Terrorism
Center (SNCTC) with improved information sharing and analysis tools that
better support law enforcement's mission of protecting the people, property
and rights of the Las Vegas community."

"If we're responding to an event, we've already lost," said LVMPD
Lieutenant and SNCTC Director Tom Monahan. "AIC's solution will help us to
quickly and accurately assemble information and turn it into knowledge so
that we are better prepared to prevent an act of terrorism, solve a crime,
identify trends and appropriately deploy our resources. Improving the speed
and accuracy of our work will help us to make Las Vegas the safest
community in America."

The new information sharing and analysis solution designed by AIC aligns
with the LVMPD's existing Microsoft-based enterprise architecture and
leverages national industry standards such as the National Information
Exchange Model (NIEM) and the Justice Reference Architecture (JRA). The
solution incorporates the RiverGlass Fusion Center Solution Suite(TM),
applying sophisticated machine learning techniques to analyze disparate
data and address the information overload problems facing intelligence
analysts today.

"AIC's proven team provided the best solution to improve our information
sharing and analysis capabilities," said Phil Roland, LVMPD's Chief
Information Officer. "Their use of national integration standards and
service oriented architecture provides us with a more flexible solution and
mitigates risk. Speed was also a factor: within just a few weeks AIC will
deliver the first set of tools for our fusion center analysts."

"We look forward to helping transform the way the LVMPD gains situational
awareness and actionable intelligence from the high volume and velocity of
data in Southern Nevada," said Kirk D. Dauksavage, RiverGlass CEO. "Thanks
to our partners, AIC and Microsoft, RiverGlass technology will be
integrated with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007(TM), providing a
rich communication and collaboration environment for law enforcement to
quickly share time-sensitive information anytime, anywhere."

"Government agencies with law enforcement and homeland security missions
like the LVMPD are realizing enormous value in terms of speed, accuracy,
intelligence and safety by 'connecting the dots' from data generated by a
tip, dispatch, arrest or booking," said Gail Thomas-Flynn, State and Local
Government General Manager for Microsoft's US Public Sector business. "The
Microsoft Office System and enterprise application server technology, such
as Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, offer the flexibility and
seamless integration that make these benefits possible."
