In today’s ever-changing technology world, mobile/wireless operators are constantly scrambling to figure out ways in which to deliver increased capacity, enhanced coverage and better services to a rapidly growing user base. With unified performance management provider Watch4net’s mobile/wireless operator’s solution APG, all of these capabilities can easily be provided with a high level of both flexibility and scalability.

The company’s APG innovation gives operators, engineers, executives, services and marketing internal customers increased visibility into how a network is performing, which allows for problems to be detected quickly. Some of the key features of this solution include: a fully customizable Web portal; events and CDRs analysis; service-oriented KPIs for SLA and revenue analysis; flexible grouping per network, customers and regions; a robust report builder; agentless monitoring; and decreased downtime available a single, integrated solution.

Participating at this year’s Mobile World Congress (News - Alert) 2012, which is taking place from February 27-March 1, 2012 in Barcelona, the unified performance management provider stated, “The MWC is the largest trade show in the mobile industry. Thousands of VPs and CIO are attending this show, and it’s the best way to gain visibility in this industry that we are trying to conquer.”

At the not-to-miss event, Watch4net will be showcasing its new APG Solution, as well as highlighting the APG’s specifications and how it can benefit the mobile, 4G/LTE (News - Alert) industries.

When implementing this innovative solution, companies can easily consolidate a wide array of performance monitoring tools into one system, ramp up time to market for new products, gain an in-depth view into how services are being utilized in multiple platforms and receive real-time alerts on networks problems which helps to diagnose and resolve problems in a short period of time.

Through powering a unified performance management system that is not only easy to use, this system can also help to reduce costs in all types of organizations and streamline business operations. Company officials added, “We will participate in association with the Canadian Ministry of Innovation, with five other companies from Quebec. We are hoping that more and more people get to know APG and recognize its various strengths including flexibility and scalability, especially with the enhanced new version of the product. In other words, we want to be qualified as innovators among solutions for performance management providers.”
