D-Link DIR-457U Revolutionizes Internet on the Go

D-Link (News - Alert) announced the new DIR-457U router with WiFi (News - Alert) and 3G that offers superfast data speeds, up to 7.2Mbps over 3G cellular networks. The router also speeds up the download of music and other large files from the Internet.
 
This slim, pocket-sized device has a built-in 3G SIM card and a rechargeable battery that's neater and easier to use, the company said. Users can carry it wherever they go.
 
DIR-457U is a cost-saving solution for a group of people who concurrently require Internet access, while outside. The device allows users to share their 3G connection via WiFi with up to 16 users.
 
The new router also allows for a variety of other devices to be connected to the wireless modem, simultaneously. This ability facilitates features like downloading music from iTunes onto the iPod Touch while you're checking emails on a laptop.
 
Company officials say D-Link DIR-457U with WiFi+3G gives the advantage of mobile broadband without being burned by the bill. It enables you to extend your mobile broadband connection to more devices or users without extra cost. D-Link DIR-457U with WiFi+3G keeps you and your group connected anywhere.
