Hosted VoIP solutions offer customers IP-enabled communications without the costs, management and maintenance responsibilities of an on-premise VoIP application.
According to company officials, the Black Box Hosted VoIP solution by CoreDial delivers a “full suite” of features including unified messaging, attendant, audio conferencing and call center applications without having to purchase the physical system and pay for ongoing upgrades or maintenance.
Customers receive a monthly bill which includes their local and domestic long distance usage in addition to the managed service. Company officials said Black Box Network Services plans to begin selling and servicing these hosted VoIP applications immediately.
“Any purchasing model that can be treated as an operating expense instead of a capital one is advantageous to many customers in this economy. A hosted solution provides the features and functionality that our customers need and enables them to realize significant internal benefits when they outsource their voice requirements.”
“CoreDial is proud to have the opportunity to partner with a leading provider of communications solutions such as Black Box Network Services,” said Alan Rihm, CoreDial CEO. “By leveraging our VoiceAxis software and carrier class network infrastructure services, Black Box will be uniquely positioned to deliver high quality, high value hosted PBX and VoIP services to their enterprise business clients. This partnership combines Black Box's tremendous experience, resources and customer relationships with CoreDial's proven software and services to enable Black Box customers to immediately take advantage of the significant benefits and timely cost savings of hosted VoIP services.”
