By Anshu Shrivastava, TMCnet Contributor

Cloud communications leader Telesphere (News - Alert) and World Telecom Group (WTG) have decided to form a partnership to provide a broad range of cloud-based business communication solutions to the enterprise and small-medium-business (SMB) markets.

WTG claims to be the number one Master Agent in the U.S. It provides “exceptional” service to agent partners, and has a diverse portfolio with over 100 Providers, including local, long-distance, data and Internet, according to company officials.

This new partnership is expected to help the company’s Cloud Division to diversify the range of services it can offer with Telesphere’s portfolio of cloud-based business communication solutions available for resale by WTG and its agents.

Vince Bradley, CEO at WTG, said that Telesphere not only augments a leading portfolio of cloud-based communications services, it also provides a very competitive commission structure for the sale of those services.

“Telesphere also helps diversify a portfolio of solutions that unifies the customer's landline, cell phone and PC. This partnership will help WTG continue its dedication to our agents across the country,” Bradley said.

Telesphere’s product suite includes video conferencing and unified communications (UC), hosted voice over Internet protocol (VoIP), Internet connectivity, WAN management and call center solutions.

Thanks to Telesphere’s solutions in their portfolio, WTG's agents will have access to the latest managed UC services which will enable them to better address the needs of midsized and large businesses, with an emphasis on multi-location accounts.

In addition, they will have access to a fully interactive Agent Portal, including on-line quoting, training and project status; Telesphere’s dedicated team of engineers and indirect channel managers that assist with the sales process; telecommunications refresh with no up-front capital expenditures for customers; a nationwide, private MPLS network; and scalable, flat-rate monthly billing.

Telesphere is a nationwide managed cloud communications provider for businesses delivering an innovative package of UC, hosted VoIP, Internet connectivity and video conferencing services to businesses throughout the United States.

Telesphere’s suite of communications services gives companies like WTG a way to best serve their largest, most-valued accounts, said Jeff Savage, vice president of sales at Telesphere, adding that Telesphere has assembled a strong managed services portfolio for companies like WTG to market and sell to their customer base.

Earlier in March, Lyrix, a provider of enterprise focused communications-as-a-service (CaaS) solutions, announced that Telesphere extended its use of Lyrix’s Mobiso Suite to power its new Speak2Dial, IVR service.
