By Anil Sharma, TMCnet Contributor

Thinking Phone Networks, an enterprise cloud communications service provider, has decided to join the Juniper Networks (News - Alert) Partner program.

Thinking Phone Networks is focused on unified communications-enabling enterprise organizations to drive dramatic business process improvement and was recently named a “Visionary” by leading analyst firm Gartner (News - Alert), Inc. Through its work with Juniper Network, Thinking Phone Networks will be able to deliver cloud-based unified communications services including voice, video and mobility to enterprises seeking to improve collaboration and efficiency throughout their organizations.

Officials with the cloud communications company said that joining Juniper Networks networking infrastructure with ThinkingSuite unified communications services allows companies to leverage industry leading communications capabilities without the capital required to completely refresh their systems and infrastructure.

The ThinkingSuite unified communications ecosystem combines communications and collaboration tools, allowing enterprises to redefine business processes and workflows for organizational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Company officials said that Thinking Phone (News - Alert) Networks and Juniper Networks’ goal is to provide customers with a dynamic network platform that provides more control with significantly lower upfront capital and ongoing service costs.

“Enterprise customers are demanding a new and more efficient way to communicate,” said Frank Vitagliano, senior vice president of America’s Partners at Juniper Networks, in a statement.

"A reliable network is critical as a paradigm shift is currently underway in the world of enterprise communications. Unified cloud communications solutions are offering customers a more flexible and cost effective way to communicate globally," said Vitagliano.

“We are excited to partner with Juniper Networks to bring the best possible communications and collaboration experiences to our enterprise customers,” said Steve Kokinos, CEO of Thinking Phone Networks.

“As organizations incorporate video conferencing and mobile communications into their day-to-day interactions and workflows, the quality of the underlying network has a significant impact on the entire experience,” Kokinos added. “Our strategy of delivering best-in-class unified communications applications is in perfect alignment with Juniper Networks’ Partner program.”

Back in March, Thinking Phone Networks and Masergy Communications, Inc., a provider of managed, secure virtualized network services, announced a partnership to offer enterprises unified communications applications and cost-effective SIP trunking services on an intelligent, global IP/ MPLS platform.

In other cloud communications news, Telesphere (News - Alert), a nationwide cloud communications service provider with customers in more than 44 states, issued a press release discussing how it has worked to hone a one-of-a-kind business solution through its partnerships and the Telesphere ecosystem.

“The Telesphere ecosystem provides an ultimate end-to-end cloud-based communications solution for our growing network of Channel Partners to market and sell, allowing them to ‘hook their wagon’ to a growing and financially sound partner in Telesphere,” said Clark Peterson, CEO of Telesphere, in a statement. “In the past five years we have secured $50 million in funding from first tier venture capitalists. Telesphere has also been able to attract the support of market leading technology partners while building our management team.”
